Saudi Arabia has taken a bold and inclusive step toward making the Umrah pilgrimage more accessible than ever. According to the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, all Muslims holding a valid visa—regardless of type—can now perform Umrah.
This new policy eliminates previous restrictions tied to visa categories, such as whether one came on a tourist, work, family visit, or transit visa. The move is intended to streamline the pilgrimage process and signal the Kingdom’s commitment to expanding spiritual tourism under its broader Vision 2030.
