Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Launches Packages

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced the launch of the Package Preference Phase via the Nusuk Hajj platform for the 1447 AH / 2026 Hajj season. The initiative is aimed at pilgrims from countries participating in the Direct Hajj Programme.

This phase allows prospective pilgrims to explore the available service packages, compare options based on service quality, inclusions and cost, and select up to five preferred packages. The objective is to help pilgrims make informed choices ahead of the official booking stage, while also enabling service providers to better prepare for the upcoming season based on demand insights.

The Nusuk Hajj platform enhances the pilgrimage journey through a range of digital features, including package comparison tools, indicators showing package popularity, the option to pay deposits in instalments via a digital wallet, and access to an officially approved list of service providers.

The ministry has urged eligible pilgrims under the Direct Hajj Programme to register on the platform or update their existing details, ensuring that all personal information and documentation are accurate and complete. Pilgrims are also encouraged to add family members who intend to perform Hajj under the same application, helping to streamline verification and speed up application approvals.

In its statement, the ministry reaffirmed that Nusuk Hajj is the only official and authorised platform for Hajj services in countries covered by the Direct Hajj Programme. It stressed the importance of avoiding dealings with unauthorised or unaccredited service providers, noting that all deposits and bookings must be made exclusively through the Nusuk Hajj platform to protect pilgrims’ rights and ensure procedural integrity.

For further information on the countries included in the Direct Hajj Programme, visit Nusuk.sa. To register or update your details, pilgrims should access Hajj.nusuk.sa.

This announcement applies solely to countries participating in the Direct Hajj Programme. In all other countries, Hajj arrangements continue to be managed through the relevant approved authorities in line with applicable regulations.
